Enhancing High-Stakes Meetings with ASTROS

Enhancing High-Stakes Meetings with ASTROS
Customer Profile

Our User is one of the leading home and office security companies in Taiwan. Due to their size and reputation, there are a lot of high-stakes meetings, such as shareholder meetings or press conferences. At these meetings, an exceedingly high load of data is presented and not always in a way that can be predicted. Especially in the Q&A Sessions, executives need to bring up the relevant data to answer questions in a fast and efficient manner. Seamless communication between Backoffice and executives is the key to achieving exactly that.

Challenge

To answer questions from the audience, the executives have a Backoffice team that has a complete overview of all the relevant data for the meeting. This Backoffice is in constant communication with the executive team and provides them with the data they need to answer questions from the audience. Usually, while the question is asked, the Backoffice team will quickly draw up the relevant information, walk up on stage behind the executive team and hand the answering executive a piece of paper with the data they need. This process does not always run fast and smoothly and often brings the executive into a situation where they need to stall the person that asked them, until the data for an answer arrives with them. Furthermore, it might seem secretive and unprofessional, both things you do not want to portray during a high-take meeting.

Solution

The corporation adopted our Wireless Presentation Solution ASTROS, to streamline their information sharing process during these critical meetings. Here is how they did it:

1.Individual Tablets for Executives:
  • Each executive is equipped with a tablet during meetings.
2.Real-Time Data Preparation:
  • When a question is asked, the Backoffice team quickly gathers all the relevant data.
3. Virtual Screen Sharing with ASTROS:
  • The prepared data is shared on a virtual screen using ASTROS. To do this, the team just share their screen as they would usually, just without having a Screen connected to the Receiver.
4. Remote View Feature:
  • Executives access this virtual screen on their tablets using the ASTROS App.
  • The Remote View feature allows them to zoom in and examine the data closely, ensuring they have a detailed understanding to provide accurate answers.

Results
  • Increased Efficiency: Executives have immediate access to necessary information, reducing the response time significantly.
  • Enhanced Interaction with Data: The ability to zoom in and closely analyze the shared data helps executives understand and address questions more effectively.
  • Improved Meeting Dynamics: By streamlining the information flow, the overall management of the meeting becomes smoother and more efficient.
Customer Feedback

Conclusion
